Lovely cafe in the old town centre (before large shopping malls were built a few kms away). Somewhat unassuming from the outside, but nice and bright inside. I only had a hot chocolate. However, it was clearly well presented and tasted good too... Will be back one day to taste their food as the staff are very welcoming and make everyone who walks in feel special .

Excellent tasty food. Slightly more expensive than other places, but justified with quality, and vegetarian options. Have never had a Veg AB on-menu, thanks for offering it!

I love the vibe. Freshly painted inside and out. New furniture inside, great diverse menu for breakfast/lunch cafe. I had the big breakfast, and bacon had a great flavour better than the usual ones around town. Just needed to be cooked more, sausage was great, and the nice addition of haloumi, the tomato, and mushroom cooked well. It could use some seasoning, but that seems to be the norm around town. Great toast and scrambled eggs. Partner had bacon and eggs fried. Same again with the bacon, just needs that fat rendered more. I had the greek coffee frappe, very traditional taste if I was being picky would totally add sugar syrup. Partner had Strawberry thickshake, no complaints. Would definitely return.

food is okay the eggs benedict was great, bananas on pancakes could have had much more seasonal fruit. drinks need to come before food is served. also chunks of banana in smoothie but other than that it was delicious

It was a bit of a struggle to find vegan food in Whyalla but this place had vegetarian meals, which they were happy to veganise for me. They accidentally served me something non-vegan but as soon as I told them, they swapped it immediately. They were really nice about it which we really appreciated. The staff were lovely & the food was delicious!
